So Icy Frozen Treats & Snack Bar is a mobile food vendor & catering service based in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer gourmet ice cream, Italian ice and various hot food options! Please refer to our menus for food options.
How long have we been in business?
So Icy was stated in 2018. Over a short course of time and demand, we increase our mobile equipment to offer more options.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes we do, we are licensed and insured to conduct retail business!
Do you offer catering service?
Yes we do, we offer both frozen treats and hot food options. You can select which ever items that best fit your event and budget. All items can be mixed and matched.
My event is indoors, can you still cater my event?
We offer a number of indoor options for both frozen treats and hot food options. Please submit a quote request and list your requirements & questions.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes we require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date, time, staffing and food. Remaining balance is due as listed on your catering agreement.
What happenings to my deposit if my event is cancelled?
Deposits are non-refundable, we maybe able to reschedule your service. Please consult with us regarding this.
How far in adavance should i reserve my date?
It is always hard to predict what dates will fill up fastest. We do suggest that you reserve your date as soon as possible. Reservations are taken on a first come basis.
How far do you trvael to cater an event?
,We are based out of South Fulton Georgia, with easy access to all major highways. If an event is over 25 miles (roundtrip) from our home base, there will be travel costs for the event staff. All fees will be listed on quote and/or invoice.
Do you offer drop-off service?
Not at this time!
Can you serve or pass out our food instead of yours?
Due to liability, we only serve food items we provide.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is stated in our catering agreement.
Can we mix & match food?
Absolutely, we love to mix and match items. We can also make suggestions/recommendations based on your event if you need assistance.
Am I suppose to tip the event staff?
Gratuity is included in the invoice. However there are times when staff receive additional tips for amazing service. Which is allowed, but not a requirement for additional tipping.
Can i make the final payment in cash on the event day or when you arrive?
We do not accept payments passed the listed due date as listed in the catering agreement. All final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event. If final payment is not received as listed, catering service will be cancelled as listed in the catering agreement.
what happens if we need to reschedule our date?
We always do our best to work with clients who need to change their event date, whatever the reason may be. If the new date is available, all deposits and payments that are made will transfer to the new date. However, we cannot guarantee that the original agreement will remain the same. We address each date change on a case-by-case basis to make sure that everyone is well taken care of.
how much food do i need to order?
This depends on a few factors including the occasion, time and duration of the event, weather guest are big or small and your budget. Most of our menu are priced per person, we will make some suggestions on serving amount based on your event to make sure you have the right amount.
